Maintaining a Healthy Nose Our nose acts as an air-filter for our body and together with the mucociliary clearance system protects against respiratory tract infections.
Mucus and tiny hairs in the nose (called the cilia) trap dust, pollen, bacteria and other pollutants, thus preventing them from entering our body. If this system is impaired, e.g. due to a dry nose or congestion, it may lead to illnesses such as bronchitis, hay fever, sinusitis, etc.

Can I use Nacur® Nasal Spray with my other medication?
Nacur® is non-medicated and can therefore be used with other medication, e.g. anti-histamines, decongestants or steroid nasal sprays.
Use Nacur® after using a decongestant nasal spray and prior to using an anti-histamine or nasal steroid to increase their effectiveness.

Nacur® is ideal for athletes, builders, chemical & wood workers, hairdressers, commuters, office staff, scuba-divers, air-travel and for hot & dry climates.
Recommended Dosage
One or more sprays per nostril as often as needed.
Directions
Prime the pump prior to the first use and insert nozzle into nostril. Apply spray as needed, keeping bottle
upright, and breathe in through your nose. Repeat with other nostril.
Replace cap after use.
To increase efficiency, repeat this process again.
Side Effects: None known.
Contra-indications: None known.
Storing Nacur® Nasal Spray
Store below 250C (770F). Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date. Do not share between users.
Do not use after 6 months of opening.
Ingredients
10.5mg/ml Natural Sea Salt, purified water. Bottle size 20ml. Each spray delivers 140mg.

I found the nasal spray to be very effective in treating my hay fever and dust mite allergy. It's true when they say it sooths and refreshes the nasal passages. Even though I haven't seen anything to say if you can use it, if you suffer with pet allergies, my little girl says it's great for that too. Just as well as we have 4 cats and 2 dogs in the house.

I suffer with many allergies and I bought the Nacur spray because I can use it several times a day. Typically when I get bad attacks especially in the summer.
