| 1. How to Order Your Products
Browse our products until you find the item(s) you would like to buy then click the button. You will be taken to your basket where you may view the current list of items selected by yourself. You must provide the country this order is to be shipped to for us to accurately calculate the price of carriage.
When you are ready to complete your order, follow the 4 simple steps and click the which will take you into the highly secure Worldpay page where you will provide your credit card details.

2. Payment Methods
You can choose from a range of payment options to suit you. We
accept the following methods of payment:-

3. Tax/VAT
Bloom is not VAT registered therefore no VAT will be charged.
4. Delivery
Our aim is to deliver your products within 3-5 working days if
you live in the UK and within 10 days anywhere else in the world.
(However, please allow up to 30 days for deliveries.)
If your order has not arrived please contact us with your order
reference and we will provide you with a progress report. You will
find your order reference number on the order confirmation email
we send you when you placed your order.
5. Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receiving
goods without giving a reason and a full refund will be made. You
can cancel from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days,
starting from the day after you receive your goods.
Should you cancel your order, any refund will be sent out to you
within 30 days of any returns. We request that you return the goods
to us at your own cost. However, if you do not do so, a deduction
will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the
goods. You must ensure that the goods are returned to us using a
recorded delivery service at your cost. The goods must be returned
to us in an unused condition within 21 days of receipt. This does
not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or
because it is defective, we will be happy to offer you a replacement
product or a full refund. If you choose to take a refund, we will
also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to
you and your costs in returning it to us.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for
the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the
address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide
a full description of the fault and return the defective item in
its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address

6. Complaints Procedure
If you are not happy with our service we want to know. Please send
any complaints to the address given above and we will endeavour
to respond to all complaints within five working days.
7. Security Policy
Our payment systems utilises Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology
- look out for the padlock. SSL services gives you complete piece
of mind when shopping in our productstore. Secure payments are processed
through WorldPay. We do not store or hold credit card information
anywhere on our networks.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the
information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process
your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your
consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from
us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your
explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If
you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European
Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors
to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would
be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to
prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can
be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
