This is a good cream for daytime use, unlike many other thick emoillants this cream is light and not noticable when applied making it ideal to use when out and about. I have suffered eczema for many years and have tried many, many creams. I will include this as one as part of my moisturising rountine, the high levels of EPA are excellent for keeping my skin healthy.
